Overview
You are a powerful mage who has ventured into the wilderness to establish a colony for the outcast creatures of the Kingdom. You believe you can prove that these so-called “monsters” deserve a place of their own, but the King thinks otherwise. Every morning, he sends waves of his subjects, from pitchfork-wielding peasants to noble knights, to sack your settlement. Between these sieges, you must use the spoils to construct towers and improve infrastructure (and try not to commit any workers’ rights violations) before the next wave arrives at dawn!
MonstroCity is a tower defense game, but unlike most games in the genre, there is no pre-built route for the enemies to follow. The player’s job is to create a path across the level grid that makes it difficult for the “good guys” to pass through your defenses without expending too many resources.
